摘要
做人有做人的原则,做官有做官的原则。年轻人既然当了干部就得永远向前向上向善。向前向上向善是人类文明的源泉,社会进步的动力,个人成长成才的关键。实现向前向上向善的途径是靠环境、靠教育、靠自身努力。向前向上向善应当成为好干部的基本特质。向前是年轻干部成长成才的努力方向,向上是年轻干部成长成才的实现路径,向善是年轻干部成长成才的人格力量。向前向上向善不仅是一种精神追求,更应是一种实际行动;不仅是世界观,也是方法论。向前向上向善是一种积极的精神状态,年轻干部理当永远向前向上向善!
There are different principles and manners for being a man and cadre of integrity. As a young cadre, one should be a man with the pursuit of unceasing progress, motivation and integrity. One＇ s pursuit of unceasing progress, motivation and integrity serve as the source of human civilization, the driving forces of social development and critical personality for one＇s growth. The realization of this goal depends on the social environment, education and one＇s great effort. The pursuit of unceasing progress, motivation and integrity serve as important personalities for good cadres. The pursuit of unceasing progress is what young cadres should focus on, the motivation is the path for their self-cultivation and integrity provides power for cadres＇ growth and self-cultivation. The pursuit of unceasing progress, motivation and integrity should work as a mental state, practical action, a world view and methodology. As a positive mental state, the pursuit of progress, motivation and integrity should be guidelines for young cadres.
