摘要
自由生活海洋线虫是小型底栖动物的主要类群,在沉积环境食物链网中起着重要作用.根据在泉州湾洛阳河口桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)和秋茄(Kandelia obovata)2种生境获得的4个季节的自由生活海洋线虫数据,分析了2种红树林生境4种食性自由生活海洋线虫物种数和丰度的季节变化.结果表明:在桐花树生境,4种食性的自由生活海洋线虫物种数的季节差异显著;但在秋茄生境,4种食性的自由生活海洋线虫物种数无显著季节差异.在桐花树生境,春季、秋季和冬季均是刮食者丰度所占比例最高;在秋茄生境,春季、夏季和秋季均是非选择性沉积食性者丰度所占比例最高;在桐花树和秋茄生境均有3个季节选择性沉积食性者丰度所占比例最低.在桐花树生境,3个优势种分别为刮食者的Spilophorella sp.1、捕食者的Parasphaerolaimus spp.和Viscosia sp.1;在秋茄生境,5个优势种分别为选择性沉积食性者的Terschellingia longicandata、非选择性沉积食性者的Metalinhomoeus longiseta、刮食者的Spilophorella sp.1、捕食者的Parasphaerolaimus spp.和Hopperia spp..可见,Spilophorella sp.1和Parasphaerolaimus spp.在2种红树林生境均为优势种.
Free-living marine nematodes are the main group of meiofauna,which plays an important role in the benthic food wed. Based on seasonal data of free-living marine nematodes in two mangrove habitats,Aegiceras corniculatum and Kandelia obovata,in Luoyang Estuary,Quanzhou Bay,seasonal variations in the number and abundance of nematode species were analyzed.The results showed that there was significant seasonal fluctuation in the species number of free-living nematode food types in A.corniculatum habitat,but not in K.obovata habitat.The epigrowth feeders (2A)were abundant in spring,autumn and winter in A.corniculatum habitat.Non-selected deposit feeder (1B)was abundant in spring,summer and autumn in K.obovata habitat.Meanwhile,the abun-dance of selected deposit feeder (1 A)was few in the three seasons in the two mangrove habitats.Three dominant species in A.cor-niculatum habitat were epigrowth feeders (2A)Spilophorella sp.1,predator (2B)Parasphaerolaimus spp.andViscosia sp.1.Five dominant species in K.obovata habitat were selected deposit feeder (1A)Terschellingia longicandata,non-selected deposit feeder (1B)Metalinhomoeus longiseta,epigrowth feeders (2A)Spilophorella sp.1,predator (2B)Parasphaerolaimus spp.and Hopperia spp..Both Spilophorella sp.1 and Parasphaerolaimus spp.were dominant species in two mangrove habitats.
