摘要
协调发展是经济社会持续健康发展的内在要求。社区作为地方基层行政单元,既是区域总体协调发展的参与者,也是地方局部协调发展的实施者。城市社区协调发展是政府基层行政改革创新和社区有序构建的动力和基石。文章认为可从确立社区协调发展指导思想,深化党员干部对社区协调发展的认识,以构建创新型社区作为社区协调发展的源动力,加强社区志愿者队伍建设,重视社区社会组织的构建五个方面加强城市社区协调发展。
Coordinated development is the inherent requirement of the sustainable and healthy socio-economic development. As the grassroots administrative unit, the community is not only the participant of the overall coordinated development of a given region, but also the implementer of the local coordinated development. For the local government, the coordinated development of the urban community is the motive power and foundation for the grassroots administrative reform and innova- tion as well as for the well-organized community construction. This paper holds that the strengthen- ing of the coordinated development of the urban community relies on fives aspects： clear guiding principles, the Party members and cadres＇ clear awareness, the construction of a new-type com- munity as a motive force, more efficient community volunteer teams, and better community organiza- tions.
