摘要
在实际生产过程中 ,由于种种原因 ,加热炉各炉管的出口温度会不尽相同。这样必然会影响到加热炉的操作效率 ,甚至更会影响人员及设备安全。对石油化工生产过程中经常用到的多通路加热炉各炉管操作中的主要影响因素进行分析 。
In operation,each outlet temperature of multi pipe furnace might be different due to some reasons that will effect the furnace's operation efficient,as well as the opesafety operator safety and equipment safety.The main problem of multi pipe furnace,which is frequently used in petrochemical and chemical plant,is analysis,and the balance control scheme of flowrate and the outlet temperature is discussed.
