摘要
论述了国产先进过程控制 (APC)及优化技术在 14 5kt/a乙烯装置乙烯精馏塔中的应用。通过对乙烯精馏塔操作实践和原控制方案的分析 ,提出了改进的先进控制模式。同时 ,介绍了在建立乙烯浓度软测量预估r基础上 ,对乙烯精馏塔实现质量卡边的节能优化控制方法。实际使用证明 ,塔的控制更加平稳 ,提高了乙烯产量 ,节约了能耗 。
The domestic APC and optimization technology application in the ethylene splitter of 145kt/a ethylene plant is discussed. The improved advanced control model has been developed based on previous control strategy and operation experience in the ethylene splitter. Critical quality control, energy save and optimum control are performed based on the software measurement estimation of ethylene concentration. It is proved that the benefit is achieved because control is more stable and ethylene output is increased.
