摘要
随着大数据信息时代的到来,办公自动化成为各行各业处理事务的必备条件。尤其对于人口密度高、管理对象复杂的高校,如何快速处理各项事务、信息的发布与交流、提高办公管理水平和办公效率,是高校办公自动化工作目前急需解决的难题。本文在对现代高校实施办公自动化管理必要性进行论述的基础上,提出符合高校特征的系统设计思想,并以此提出系统构建方案,以及对加强和完善高校办公自动化管理给出合理化的建议。
Along with the advent of the era of big data information, office automation becomes an essential condition of all walks of life to handle affairs. Especially for the population density is high, the management of complicated object in colleges and universities, how to quickly deal with various ＇affairs, information release and communication, to improve the efficiency of office management and office, office automation in colleges and universities work is an urgent demand to solve the problems now. Based on modern university necessity is discussed on the basis of the implementation of office automation management, colleges and universities conforms to the characteristics of the system design thought, and system building scheme is put forward, and to strengthen and improve university office automation management rationalization proposals are presented.
