摘要
随着信息化技术的飞速发展,数字化校园建设成为体现高校信息化管理的重要依据,作为数字化校园建设的一部分,宿舍分配在迎新过程中直接影响着学生报到的效率。传统的宿舍分配过程费时、费力、容易出错,如何尽快安排新生入住宿舍是迎新工作的关键环节。该文在充分利用网络资源的基础上结合本校新生报到的实际情况,设计并实现了数字化迎新系统宿舍分配模块。该系统模块实现了学生、老师及学校间的数据共享。将该宿舍分配模块应用在山东外贸职业学院的新生报到过程中,有效地减少了学生报到的环节,大大加快了报到的速度。
With the fast development of information technology, the digital campus construction has become an important basis that reflects the information management of the colleges. As one part of the digital campus construction, dormitory arrangement directly effects the effectiveness of student registration. The traditional dormitory arrangement process is time：consuming, laborious and error-prone. How to arrange freshmen to live in dormitories as soon as possible is the key work in welcoming freshmen. In this paper, students＇ dormitory arrangement module of digital registration is designed and implemented through the combination of the network and the actual situation of the freshmen registration. The module realize the data sharing among the students, teachers and the school. Applying the dormitory arrangement module to Shandong foreign trade vocational college freshmen registration process. It well reduced the registration link and accelerated the speed of registration.
