摘要
目的观察抗生素联合糖皮质激素治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿老年患者的效果。方法选取我院2014年2月至2016年2月期间收治的慢性阻塞性肺气肿老年患者60例,按入院时间分为单一组和治疗组,各30例。根据两组患者病症给予相应对症治疗。另外,单一组使用抗生素,治疗组在此基础上加用糖皮质激素。观察两组患者的症状、治疗前后肺功能以及血气指标情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,显著高于单一组的73.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肺功能与血气指标Pa CO2、Pa O2比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组的肺功能与血气指标较单一组恢复更好(P<0.05)。结论临床采用抗生素联合糖皮质激素治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿老年患者时,可有效缓解症状,改善肺功能,促进血气恢复正常。
Objective To observe the effect of antibiotics combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema. Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic obstructive emphysema admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected and equally divided into single group and treatment group according to admission time. The patients in two groups were given symptomatic treatment according to patients＇ condition. Besides, the single group was treated with antibiotics, while the treatment group was treated with glucocorticoid on this basis. The symptoms, pulmonary function and blood gas indexes of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%, significantly higher than 73.3% of single group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found in the pulmonary function, PaCO2 and PaO2 of blood gas indexes between two groups before the treatment （P〉0.05）. After the treatment, the pulmonary function and blood gas indexes of treatment group were better than those of single group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Antibiotics combined with glucocorticoid in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema can effectively alleviate the symptoms, improve lung fimction and promote the blood gas back to normal.
