摘要
通过调研及文献材料,了解应用型物流人才需求特征,分析现行高校物流管理专业人才培养的现状,在借鉴欧美等发达国家应用技术型物流人才培养模式的基础上,探讨建设我国应用型物流管理专业人才培养模式的途径与策略。
Through research and literature,we understand the demand characteristics of Applied Logistics Talents,and analyze the current situation of logistics management professional personnel training in Colleges and universities.On the basis of the application of technical logistics personnel training mode in the developed countries such asEurope and the United States,discuss the strategy of the construction of China＇s logistics management professional personnel training mode.
