摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术在辅助脊柱肿瘤手术中的应用。方法对22例脊柱肿瘤患者术前行CT扫描,收集数据进行三维模型重建,使用3D打印机制作出与实体1:1大小的病灶区域的脊柱模型,参考打印模型,制定手术方案、模拟手术操作、预处理内置物,指导治疗。结果 22例均手术成功,症状均较术前有改善。术中参照打印模型,做到了精确、完整的切除病灶区域。术后X线复查,可见内置物位置良好,未见松动、移位。结论使用3D打印技术能够直观、全面的显示脊柱病灶区域的解剖毗邻关系,术者能够提前熟悉病灶,术中可以精确、完整的切除肿瘤,避免重要血管、神经的损伤,预处理内置物材料,进而缩短手术时间,减少术中出血。 Objective To investigate clinical application of three dimensional(3D) printing guild in assist of surgery for spine tumor.Methods Preoperative CT scanning was performed for 22 patients with spine tumor,And related data was collected for 3D model reconstruction.Spine models of focal region with original size were made up by 3D printer.Simulating operation,preprocessing implants and directing treatment were performed after making surgical plan and referring to printing models.Results Surgeries for 22 patients were successful,and symptoms of patients were improved compared with those before surgery.Accurate and complete excision for lesion area was performed by referring to printing models during surgery.Postoperative X-ray examination showed that the implants were in good position without loosening or displacement.Conclusion The use of 3D printing guild can intuitively and comprehensively shows anatomical adjacent connection of spine lesions,and therefore the surgeon can be familiar with the lesion in advance,achieve excision accurately and completely by printing model and avoid injuries of important vessels and nerves.Preprocessing implants can shorten operative time and reduce intraoperative bleeding.
