摘要
爆炸危险环境电气系统安全安全评价过程中存在评价要素较多,不能表达产生隐患的原因及造成后果,系统整体无法给出定量结果.提出一种模糊层次分析法与HAZOP法相结合的研究方法,由层次分析法对系统进行分层及指标权重的确定,通过HAZOP分析偏差、原因及后果,由专家打分通过加权平均模糊算法得出系统结论.将该方法应用于石化储罐区防爆电气系统安全评价,可分析出系统整体安全级别并能定位隐患并结合其产生原因及后果制定出对应的安全技术措施.
A research method which combined with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and HAZOP method was presented. The system stratification and index weight were determined by analytic hierarchy pro- cess. The system deviation, causes and consequences were analysed through the HAZOP method, and the system conclusions were work out by experts scoring system and weighted average fuzzy algorithm. The method was applied to explosion-proof electrical safety assessment of petrochemical storage tank area. The overall system security level was analyzed and the system hidden danger was located. Being combined with the causes and consequences, the corresponding safety technical measures were worked out.
