摘要
档案是由文件材料有条件转化而来的,按照档案种类的层级划分,病案归属于医疗档案,与文书档案、科技档案共同作为专门档案的一部分。病案与档案具有基本相同的管理环节,纸质档案和光盘档案等具有相同的存储方式。病案这种特殊形式的医疗档案的内容、利用频率和途径、质量管理方式又具有自身的特点。在纵向比较了档案与病案的共同点及特征后,横向比较病案与文书、科技档案具体的管理方式。从档案管理角度,通过借鉴文书档案及科技档案的管理优势,加强病案的过程管理、职责的划分、分层次的培训及考核,病案室内部的分层把关,达到提高病案质量管理的目的。
