摘要
柴油机的燃烧过程主要在过量空气范围内进行,CO和HC排放量相对较少,主要有害排放物是NOX和微粒。要改善柴油机有害物质排放情况,除了采用燃烧系统改善等机内措施外,废气再循环(EGR)技术也是有效的改善措施之一。对微粒的控制可以采用后处理装置,即捕捉器。随着排放法规的日趋严格,EGR系统和微粒捕捉器逐渐在柴油机上得到广泛使用。
The diesel combustion process is carried out in areas of excess air,CO and HC emissions are relatively small. The main harmful emissions are NOX and particulates. Apart from measures in improvement of the combustion system,exhaust gas recirculation ( EGR) technology is one of the most effective methods. Particulate control can use post processing devices,namely traps. With the increasingly strict emission regulations,EGR systems and particulate filters in diesel engines are widely used gradually.
