燃煤飞灰颗粒物及重金属分布特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 对张家口电厂除尘前、除尘后、脱硫后飞灰颗粒物进行采集,同时检测仓灰和除尘前飞灰中重金属浓度,研究了燃煤飞灰颗粒物及重金属分布特性。结果表明,电厂燃用的5种典型煤种的Hg、As、Pb、Cr、Cd浓度差别较大;仓灰中出现明显富集的现象;除尘前飞灰颗粒物浓度达到13.1 g/m3,本次实验中电袋复合除尘器的除尘效率均高于静电除尘器;烟气经过湿法脱硫作用,脱硫出口颗粒物浓度比入口增大了,可能是脱硫过程生成了细颗粒物。As、Pb在除尘前飞灰中富集程度高于仓灰中浓度,如果在无控制条件下直接排放到大气中,会对生态环境造成严重威胁。 Fly ash was sampled at the inlet and outlet of electrostatic fabric filter, the outlet of wet flue gas desulphur- ization in a 320 MW boiler, the concentration of heavy metals were also detected. The distribution characteristics were analyzed. The results show that : the concentration of Hg, As, Pb, Cr, Cd between the five typical differs obviously ; all heavy metals are enriched in the bin ash ;the concentration of fly ash in the inlet of electrostatic fabric filter reaches 13.1 g/m3 ,the efficiency of electrostatic fabric filter is higher than electrostatic precipitator;fine particles are formed during the desulphurization ; the concentration of As and Pb in fly ash in the inlet of electrostatic fabric filter is higher than that in bin ash,if it is directly discharged into the atmosphere without control,it will be a serious threat to the ecological environment.
