摘要
以往学界对于荀子"天"的解读,或是将其置于思想史的视野之下梳理发展脉络,或是以"天人之分"为标志认为荀子将"天"视为自然之物加以悬置。因而,可以从哲学层面出发,将荀子之"天"分别置于"自然之天"、"天赋之天"以及"终极之天"三个哲学维度下进行分疏,并阐明涵义。
Traditionally, we can explain Xunzi's notion "Tian" (heaven) from two perspectives: to comb the clues of theory developement with the methodology of intellectual history, or basing on the distinction between Tian and Ren (human beings) to consider Tian as an ordinary thing. I will start my argumentation from philosophical perspective. In this present paper, Xunzi's notion "Tian" can be explained, illustrated and understood from the following three dimensions: "Zi Ran Zhi Tian" (the natural sky), "Tian Fn Zhi Tian"(the sky endowed with heaven) and "Zhong Ji Zhi Tian" (ultimate heaven).
