摘要
本文从循证医学角度归纳了近年来针刺治疗脓毒症的基础与临床文献，具体分为针刺疗法对脓毒症炎症反应、免疫反应调节作用及对重要脏器（胃肠道、肺脏、肝脏、心脏等）的保护作用，可为认识、研究及运用针刺治疗脓毒症提供参考。
Acupuncture has showed an amazing clinical ettect on the sepsis, out ~tb tunv~ mechanism has not been unreported. Thus, this article reviewed the pre-clinical and clinical evidence of acupuncture therapy in treating the sepsis of recent years. This paper included two parts： acupuncture regulating the disorders of inflammatory reaction and immunoreaction, and protecting the vital organs （such as gastrointestinal tract, the lung, the liver and the heart）. This paper can help to provide basic for the researches and clinical application of acupuncture therapy in treating the sepsis.
