摘要
针对几何结构较复杂的仪表前壳塑件,运用PTC/Creo体积块技术,通过创建镶件、斜推块与滑块等的体积块并将其作为参照,移除侧面影像曲线中不必要的曲线链,简化裙边曲面设计,再以体积块与裙边曲面作为分割曲面,快速实现模具的分模设计,有助于提高模具的设计水平,为模具体积块的分模技术与应用提供了简洁、实用的设计方法。
According to the meter case with the complicated geometry structures, the volume technology of the PTC/Creo software was used to create the volumes of the inserts, inclined ejector block and slider, which as references. It could remove the unnecessary curve chains in the silhouette curve, and simplify the design of the skirt surface, realize the mould parting design quickly with the volumes and the skirt surface as the splitting surfaces in turn. It was help to enhance the mould design level, which provided the simple and practical design method for the parting technology and the application of the mould volume.
