摘要
目的:探讨艾菲提蒙汤治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将100例高脂血症患者随机分为试验组(艾菲提蒙汤组50例)与对照组(辛伐他汀组50例),观察治疗前后血脂、维吾尔医证候改善情况。结果:试验组调脂总有效率为86%,对照组总有效率为84%;试验组可显著降低血清TC、LDL-C、TG水平,升高HDL-C,其调脂效果与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而艾菲提蒙汤能显著改善试验组维吾尔医证候程度。结论:艾菲提蒙汤治疗原发性异常体液型高脂血症疗效确切。
Objective ： To research the clinic efficacy and safety of Matbuhi Aftimun treat hyperlipidemia of Typing Abnormal Hilit Syndrome in Uighur Medicine. Methods： 100 patients of hyperlipidemia are Randomly divided into intervention（ having matbuhi aftimun 50 patient） and control groups（ having simvastatin 50 patient）. Result： Decrease ratio of blood lipid： intervention group is 86% and control groups is 84%; intervention group can be decreased remarkably level of TC、TG、LDL-C and creased HDL-C. But matbuhi aftimun can improve remarkably Abnormal Hilit Syndrome of Uighur Medicine of intervention group. Conclusion： There are significant clinic efficacy that Matbuhi Aftimun treat hyperlipidemia of Typing Abnormal Hilit Syndrome in Uighur Medicine.
