摘要
针对大型苯乙烯膨胀节在试车升温过程中的失效问题,结合实际现象对失效原因进行了分析,对失效的膨胀节进行了有限元计算,证实该膨胀节为典型的汽锤失效破坏,并提出了相应的预防和改进措施,重新安装后的膨胀节一直处于稳定的运行状态,为企业安全生产提供了有益的指导依据。
The double ply expansion joint of styrene equipment in Jilin Petrochemical Company has been suddenly ballooning in the testing process.In order to analyze the cause for the failure accident,finite element computation and analysis were conducted on the failed expansion joint and improvement actions were proposed in this paper.
