摘要
在对近年来发表的国内外关于平台型企业商业模式创新研究文献进行回溯的基础上,分析了平台企业内涵,并在给定商业模式创新内涵的基础上,对基于互联网平台企业商业模式创新路径、特征和关键成功要素进行了详细分析,构建了平台企业商业模式创新理论框架模型,为下一步深入研究奠定了坚实基础。
In this paper,based on the literature review about the platform based enterprise business model innovation published at home and abroad in recent years,we analyzed the Platform Enterprise connotation.And on the basis of business model innovation meaning,we gave a detailed analysis of the main methods of platform enterprise business model innovation,features and critical success factors.Finally,we built a theoretical framework model for platform enterprise business model innovation,in order to lay a solid foundation for a more in depth research on platform enterprise business model innovation.
