长输在役修复管道热力允许开挖长度的计算方法

摘要 开挖长度是热油管道修复过程中的重要参数之一,其值的合理确定对管道开挖修复方案及油田节能起到重要作用。文中从热力学角度,建立运行开挖不停输工况一次性最大允许开挖长度的热力数学模型,并以林源站至太阳升站的输油管道为例,进行了模拟计算,研究了维修季节、计划维修时间及油品出站温度对热力允许开挖长度的影响。结合油田节能降耗要求,给出热油管道开挖维修建议。 Excavating length is one of the most important factors for hot oil pipeline repairing, whose value' s determination plays an important role in pipeline excavation restoration plan and energy saving management in oil field. From the point of view of thermodynamics, the thermal mathematics model of one-time max allowable excavating length under the working condition of excavation constantly was established. Taking oil pipeline from Linyuan station to Taiyangsheng station as an example, some sim- ulations and calculations were made. The influence of the maintenance season, the maintenance time and the oil product outputting temperature to the thermal allowable excavating length was researched. Combining with the requirements of energy saving oil, the hot oil pipeline excavation maintenance advice is given.
