摘要
利用本地原料和钾长石、钠长石、氧化铝等原料制备建筑陶瓷仿古砖用亚光釉。运用单因素法探讨了Al2O2/SiO2比例对釉面效果的影响,烧成制度和工艺条件等对坯釉适应性的影响。当钠长石含量为16%、钾长石含量为19%,氧化铝含量为15%(即Al2O2/SiO2比值为1/6)时,球磨时间在15-20min,生坯釉层厚度控制在0.4mm左右,烧成温度为1220℃,保温时间为10min时,坯釉适应性最好。该釉面光泽度为28.6,白度为65.8,呈现出较好的亚光效果。
In this paper, the matt glaze for architecture ceramic was prepared by using sodium feldspar, potash feldspar and aluminum as raw materials. Effect of Al2 O3/SiO2 ,firing schedule and processing condition on matt glaze was studied. The results showed that formula (g) composition is: potassium feldspar 19, albite 16, aluminum oxide 15 and the bailing time is 15-20 min and the glaze thickness is 0.4 mm, the smooth matt glaze was obtained at 1 220 ℃ for 10 min, the adaptabili- ty between the body and glaze is the best than others, and the whiteness and gloss are 28.6 and 65.8, respectively, which is meet with matt glaze effects.
