摘要
将Luminol(Lu)、S2O8-Ag+化学发光反应体系中的发光剂Lu、S2O8用离子交换固定法固定在阴离子交换树脂上,串入流动注射系统中.当一定量的洗脱剂被注入阴离子交换柱时,洗脱下来的Lu和S2O8与分析物Ag+发生化学反应,产生化学发光,实现对Ag+的在线检测.此法检出限为1×10-8g/mLAg,线性范围为5×10-5-3×10-8g/mL,RSD为3.5%,单次测定在1分钟内能完成.已用于印相废液中银的测定,结果满意.
A new Chemiluminescence flow system has been developed in this paper. When the analyticalreagents luminol and S2O8 both have been immobilized on an anion exchange resin column, then inject someamount of sodiurn hydroxide into the column. The Luminol and S2O8 eluted therefrom will react with Ag+ toproduce Chemiluminescence, through which Ag+ is detected. The concentration range of linear response is from5 ×10-5 to 3 ×10-8g /mL, and the detection limit is 1×10-8 g/mL. This method is often used todetermine silver in the waste liquor of printing, and the results are satisfying.
