摘要
目的调查藏区免费职业教育护生(以下简称藏区护生)的心理健康与心理弹性的关系,为提升藏区护生的心理健康水平,并为学校及医院管理部门提升护理质量提供数据资料。方法对采用随机抽样的方法选取的120名藏区护生进行心理健康水平(SCL-90)、心理弹性现状(CD-RISC)以及心理健康水平与心理弹性的关系进行调查与分析。结果藏区护生心理健康水平居于中等,在躯体化(1.52±0.56)、人际敏感(1.96±0.58)、焦虑(1.69±0.27)维度上高于全国常模;心理弹性水平较全国常模低,尤其是坚韧性维度(29.33±3.15);且心理弹性与症状自评量表呈负相关。结论学校及医院等相关管理部门可通过有效手段提升藏区护生的心理健康和心理弹性水平,增强藏区护生的护理能力。
Objective To explore the relationship between the mental health and resilience of the Tibetan free vocational education nursing student,corresponding intervention of mental health problem were put forward. Methods The CD-RISC and SCL-90 were distributed to 120 Tibetan areas nurse students in each group through random sampling. Results The scores of the Tibetan free vocational education nursing students" mental health at the medium.The scores of the Tibetan free vocational education nursing student are higher on factors of somatization ( 1.52 ±0.56 ), sensitivity to social relations ( 1.96 ±0.58 ), anxiety ( 1.69 ±0.27 ), which showed significance (P〈0.05).The scores of the Tibetan free vocational education nursing Students resilience lower than that of the national norm, especially tenacity dimensions(29.33± 3.15 ), the Tibetan free vocational education nursing student in two scales showed obvious negative correlation. Conclusion Both of schools and relevant departments should take effective ways to improve the Tibetan free vocational education nursing student mental health and the level of resilience and improve the ability of nursing.
