摘要
煤层瓦斯压力是煤层瓦斯参数的重要指标,其大小直接决定着相关瓦斯防治措施的制订和实施。为解决封孔漏气问题,综合各种封孔测压技术,提出了二次封孔套管测压技术,该技术采用一次钻孔到煤层底板后全段带压注浆封孔,然后原地开孔穿透煤层至顶板,再下套管注浆封孔,在套管内安装测压管,可有效封堵钻孔周围裂隙,提高测压气室密封效果。现场应用表明,与水泥砂浆封孔对比,二次封孔套管测压技术在相同的地质单元施工参数相同的钻孔所测煤层瓦斯压力值更高,说明该技术更好,测压准确率高。
The gas pressure is an important index of coal seam gas parameters, which directly determines the formulation and implementa- tion of preventive measures related to gas. To solve the sealing problem of not tight, combined all kinds of gas pressuring measuring tech- nology, this paper developed the gas pressure measuring technology with casing pipe by double hole sealing. This technology drills the hole to the coal seam floor and grouting hole sealing with pressure afterward, then penetrates to the roof of coal seam and grouting hole sealing with casing pipe,installing the piezometric pipe into casing pipe,which can block the fractures around the hole effectively, and increase sealing effect of the measuring air chamber. The field application shows that, in the conditions of the hole with same parameters in the same geologic unit, the obtained gas pressure by using the gas pressure measuring technology with casing pipe by double hole sealing is larger than that of hole sealing with cement mortar, the effect of this technology is good, and the measuring accuracy is higher.
