摘要
半导体物理知识点繁多,公式推导复杂,导致多数学生对该课程的学习积极性不高。针对现在半导体物理教学过程中存在的一些问题,我们在课堂教学中采用讲授法、多媒体教学法和课题研究法相互结合的方式,引导学生开展主动学习,探索学习,既能促进学生对基本知识点的理解和掌握,又培养了学生综合素质,探究知识的能力。我们通过融合多种教学方法,克服传统教学模式的不足,取得了良好的教学效果。
Since semiconductor physics consists of substantial knowledge and complicated theoretical derivation, the students have little enthusiasm for learning the course, To tackle these problems, we introduce lecture-based teaching, multimedia teaching and the topic research method into the lessons, thus guiding the students to investigate and explore the knowledge on their own. In the context, the combination of different methods will not only strengthen the students' understanding about the basic concept but also cultivate their comprehensive quality and self-exploration ability. Consequently, we have incorporated various teaching methods into the practical teaching, which can overcome the disadvantages of traditional teaching modes and achieve excellent teaching efficiency.
