摘要
根据轴盖零件的形状和结构特点,进行了零件工艺性分析,并通过工艺计算确定只需一次拉深,翻边可直接采用预冲孔翻边,三个凸凹模最小壁厚均满足复合模的凸凹模最小壁厚要求,结合生产类型确定采用复合模。该模具在压力机一次行程中可依次完成落料、拉深、冲孔、翻边工序,显著提高生产效率,能为同类零件的模具设计提供参考。
According to the shape, structure characteristics and production type of the axle cover, after parts process analysis and the process calculation, it was determined that the drawing only need one times and flanging could be finish directly using pre-punching hole. The minimum wall thickness of punch all meted the requirements for minimum wall thickness of punch of composite mold. As the production type, the compound model was adopted. The mold could finish blanking, drawing, punching and flanging four processes one by one in one stroke of press machine. This mold can significantly improve production efficiency and provide reference for the design of similar parts.
