摘要
某制药厂以中药为原料主要生产中药固体制剂,整个生产工艺产生的废水中含有较高的有机污染物,根据市场需求及企业发展将现有厂房扩建,同时新建一套生产废水处理系统用以处理产生的废水,根据相关政策法规,处理后的出水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。设计采用生化+化学氧化+BAF,实际运行结果表明该工艺组合出水各项指标均能稳定的达标排放。
A pharmaceutical company has used herbs for the production of solid preparation of traditional Chinese medicine; the wastewater of the production contains a lot of organic substances. According to the market demands and the enterprise development,the plant will be expanded, meanwhile a new wastewater treatment system will be constructed, According to laws and regulations, the effluent need to meet the most strict of the Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB 18918-2002), Biochemistry + fenton + BAF process is applied to the treatment of the wastewater. Actual operation results show that: alter the technological improvement, all the indexes can meet the standard.
