摘要
实验绿色化是有机化学实验教学改革和研究的重要内容。文章介绍一个创新性的绿色有机化学实验——微波条件下酸性离子液体催化柠檬酸三丁酯的合成。改进后的酯化反应具有污染小、反应时间短、催化剂与产物分离简单等优点。本实验作为本科生的创新实验设计,有利于提高学生的实验技能,拓宽学生视野,激发学习兴趣。
It is an important part of organic experimental teaching reform and research to realize green chemistry experiment. The paper introduced an innovative green organic experiment-microwave-assisted synthesis of tributyl citrate catalyzed by acidic ionic liquid, which was helpful to improve students' practical ability, broaden perspective end motivate learning interest for undergraduates. After improving, the esterification reaction showed some advantages, such as little pollution, short reaction time end simple separation of product.
