摘要
新生研讨课是近年来高校本科人才培养中从"以教师为中心"向"以学生为中心"转变的教学新模式。文章从上好第一堂课、精心选择研讨课的主题、以角色扮演为代表的主题实施方法等对研讨课"走进神秘的微生物世界"进行了教学设计,实践表明,在大学新生适应性转换和学术性转换方面具有积极作用,有利于建立良好的跨院系同伴关系、培养学生的批判性思维和创新意识。
The freshman seminar is a new teaching mode arisen in universities in recent years, the mode of which is varied from "teacher-centered" to "student-centered" for the education of undergraduates. In the paper, the implementation programs such as well dealing with the first class of the course, carefully selecting the theme of seminars and role-playing are designed as the representative of methods of the freshman seminar "Entering the Magic World of Microorganisms". The results played positive roles in the adaptability and academic transformation of the freshmen. The teaching mode is conducive to both build up good inter-departmental peer relationships and establish students' critical thinking and innovative consciousness.
