26型氟橡胶/氟硅橡胶共混胶硫化特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 指氟橡胶是指主链及侧链的碳原子上连接有氟原子的一种合成高分子弹性体。氟橡胶具有优异的耐油、耐高温、耐酸碱、耐高真空等性能,同时由于氟原子的存在,使分子链极性增加、耐低温性能变差,极大地限制了氟橡胶的应用范围。通过研究氟橡胶/氟硅橡胶共混胶的硫化特性,找到了两种橡胶合适的共混工艺,改善了氟橡胶低温性能。结果表明,当体系处于碱性条件时,过氧化物可以硫化该共混胶,且随着氧化钙含量的增加,共混胶力学性能得到提升。动态热机械分析(DMA)及力学测试表明,共混胶混合均匀,力学性能优异,低温性能较好。 Fluorine rubber is a kind of polymer whose main or side chains contain fluorine atoms.Fluorine rubber has excellent chemical stability and excellent resistance to high vacuum,high temperature,acid and so on.However,because of fluorine atoms,its polarity increases and fluorine rubber has disadvantage in low tempertature resistance.We studied the vulcanization property of fluoroelastomer/fluorinated silicone rubber blend rubber.As a result,peroxide can vulcanize this kind of system when it was under alkaline condition.With the increase of calcium oxide content,the mechanical property of blend rubber is improve.The blend rubber we made is well-mixed,has excellent comprehensive performence and good low temperature perfomance which implied by DSC and mechanical test.
