摘要
自婴儿车开始发明到现在,它慢慢成为现代都市家庭必不可少的常规婴儿产品之一。伴随着新型材料的多方面应用和时代经济科研水平的不间断提升,人们对于婴儿车的设计需求发生了非常大地变化。人们开始不单单满足于其最根本的使用功能,咎于此对婴儿车的设计陆续提出不一样的要求。针对现有婴儿车使用过程中循环利用的问题,设计中采用TRIZ理论解决方案矛盾矩阵将结束生命周期后的婴儿车改良成一种行李箱。其目的是为了延长婴儿车的使用寿命,体现可持续性发展的产品,减少家庭经济的损耗。结论显示,TRIZ理论在解决创新产品设计的冲突、优化它的结构等方面表现得十分有效。
The TRIZ theorycontains solutions for technology, innovation and development of various methods,consisting of a comprehensive theoretical system algorithm, as well as the principles and rules of integrated multi-disciplinary fields. From the stroller invention it has gradually become an important tool of modern parenting family indispensable. With the extensive application of modern technology and continuously upgrade the level of new materials, stroller design has undergone tremendous changes. People not only to meet its most basic use of functions, based on this stroller design have made new demands. The existing problems in the process of using stroller recycling, used in the design of the TRIZ contradiction matrix solution will end the life cycle of improvement after the stroller into a suitcase. Stroller to extend life and reduce family economic loss, reflecting sustainable development of the product. The results showed that, the TRIZ theory to solve the conflict in product design, optimize its structure provides an effective tool.
