摘要
为考察农村中小学教师专业发展动力及其动因,采用"农村中小学教师专业发展调查问卷"对云南省部分地区1224名农村中小学教师进行测查。结果发现:(1)农村中小学教师专业发展动力不足;(2)农村中小学教师专业发展动力在年龄上呈倒"V"型发展趋势;(3)农村中小学教师专业发展意识和教育理念较为缺乏;(4)社会文化氛围、专业发展资源保障、学校管理水平、专业发展平台对农村中小学教师专业发展动力的支持力较弱;(5)专业发展意识、教育信念、学校管理水平、专业发展能力素养、社会文化氛围和专业发展平台对农村中小学教师专业发展动力具有显著的预测作用。研究表明,农村中小学教师专业发展受内部因素和外部因素的交互影响,而教师专业发展的内源动力起主导作用。
To study the motives and their underlying reasons of professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in the rural areas, we conducted a questionnaire on this subject on 1,224 primary and secondary school teachers in Yunnan' s rural areas. The results show : 1 ) the primary and secondary school teachers in the rural areas lack motives for professional development; 2) motives for professional devel- opment of the primary and secondary school teachers in the rural areas show an inverted V relationship in pro- portion to their age; and 3 ) the primary and secondary school teachers in the rural areas do not have much awareness for either professional development or education concepts; 4 ) the primary and secondary school teachers in the rural areas can obtain little support for their professional development from the atmosphere of so- cial culture, professional development resources, school management or professional development platform; and 5 ) professional development awareness, educational belief, standard of school management, capability for professional development, atmosphere of social culture and professional development platform have notable pre- dicting effect on professional development motives of the primary and secondary school teachers in the rural are- as. The conclusion of the survey is. in terms of motives for professional development of the primary and sec- ondary school teachers in the rural areas, the internal and external factors will interact to affect the teachers while the internal ones play the leading role.
