摘要 为探讨非织造材料吸油性能与其加工方法和工艺的关系,以聚丙烯纤维为原料,经梳理成网,针刺、热熔粘合加固制备非织造材料,研究了加固方法和工艺对非织造材料吸油性、保油性及重复使用性的影响.结果表明,热熔黏合非织造材料吸油和吸水能力强,且热熔温度为100℃时其吸油性和吸水性最好,针刺非织造材料保油能力高,在针刺密度为300刺/cm2时,保油性最佳,各种非织造材料均有良好的重复使用性. In order to probe the relationship between performance and processing technology of nonwoven material oil sorbents,nonwoven material is prepared by Carding web,needlepunching through-air thermal bonding,using polypropylene fiber as raw materials.The influence factors on oil absorption,oil retaining and reuse of the nonwoven material are researched,such as technical processes and methods.The results show that,through-air thermal bonding,materials have better oil and water absorption and achieve the optimal value as temperature is up to100℃.Needle-punched nonwoven materials have better oil retaining and achieve the optimal value as needle-punching density is up to 300punches/cm^2.All kinds of process materials have better reuse capacity.
