摘要
从手工缝扎方法和染料固色方法两方面探讨活性染料对真丝织物的扎染新工艺。首先进行单色扎染,将微波加热用于活性染料的固色,并通过试验发现染料利用率随着微波加热时间的延长而增加,4 min时利用率可达90%。同时,染料利用率也随着纯碱质量浓度的提高而增加,但从1 g/L到1.5 g/L和2 g/L,利用率增加的程度不大。织物断裂强力基本不变,耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度优良。证明微波加热固色的可行性、并得到最佳的固色工艺条件后,再将微波加热固色用于真丝织物的多色扎染,同时结合多种缝扎方法,可极大地丰富扎染的图案和色彩。
This paper discussed the new method of tie-dyeing of silk fabric with reactive dyes from two aspects: hand sewing method and dye fixation method. Firstly,microwave technology was applied for the fixation of reactive dyes under single-color tie-dyeing. The experiment results show that the efficiency of dye uptake increased with the prolonged time of microwave radiation,and it could reach 90% at 4 min. It also increased with the enhanced concentration of sodium carbonate,but the degree of change was small in the range of 1 ~ 2g / L. The breaking strength of fabric remained unchanged basically. The color fastness to soaping and rubbing was good. This method proves the feasibility of microwave heating and fixation. After the optimum process conditions were obtained,microwave technology was applied to multicolor tie-dyeing of silk fabrics. Meanwhile,the patterns and colors were greatly enriched by combining several ways of tie-dyeing.
