摘要 利用MAX11068锂电池监测芯片,结合测绘外业工作高电压、大电流动力锂电池应用要求,配合C8051F021单片机设计出具有过充电、过放电、过流、过温保护与恢复、低功耗休眠及唤醒等功能的锂电池管理系统,可通过上位机进行设置和管理。对系统进行模拟工况测试的结果表明,锂电池组在该系统中运行稳定,同时均衡电路的使用可有效增强电池组的能量使用率和使用寿命。 A highly-voltage battery-monitoring IC-MAX11068 was introduced. Considering the application requirements to high voltage and high current of the lithium battery in field work, the high power li-ion battery management system based on MAX11068 and C8051 F021 processor which could provide protection to overcharge, over discharge, over current, over temperature and had the features of low power sleep and wake was designed. At the same time, the system could be set up and management by computer. Test results show that the system can work well on the li-ion battery group, and the use of equalization circuit can effectively enhance the working efficiency and of the battery group.
