摘要
目前越来越多的电气电子设备对供电可靠性以及电能质量提出了较高要求,不间断电源(UPS)因此得到了广泛应用与关注。作为UPS的重要组成部分,充电器的功能直接影响UPS的性能;针对一种零时间切换UPS系统,设计研制了6 kW充电器,其拓扑结构采用三相三线桥式电路+Buck电路的级联结构,采用全数字控制方式,实现UPS输入侧单位功率因数以及对蓄电池三段式充电等功能。
Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) can continue provide the high quality of electrical energy, hence more and more electrical and electronics devices adopted it to supply power.As a significant role of UPS,charger,which is used for battery,has been studied for a long time.Based on a zero-time switching UPS,this paper designs a 6 kW charger,which contains a three-phase three-line bridge rectifier and a Buck converter, and uses digital control to ensure the unity power factor correction and implement a three-stage charging function.
