摘要
采用自主设计的煤焦油过滤装置提取中温煤焦油中的喹啉不溶物(QI),利用元素分析仪、激光粒度分析仪、SEM、FTIR、XRD和XPS等手段对QI进行表征。表征结果表明,煤焦油中QI的颗粒形状不规则,粒径大小不一,且分布不均匀;QI主要由有机物组成,并含有少量的Si,Ca,Fe等元素,有机物主要是多元芳环类物质高度缩合而成的产物,无机物主要是石英砂、方解石;煤焦油中的QI组分主要以C和O元素为主,碳大部分以碳氢化合物、醚类、酚类的形式存在,总含量达73.2%(x),另有26.8%(x)的碳是以石墨碳形式存在;而氧主要以羰基、碳氧单键和羧基形式存在,总含量达85.6%(x)。
Quinoline insolubles(QI) in medium-temperature coal tar were obtained by using a self-made coal tar filter, and the composition and structure of QI were characterized by means of elemental analysis, laser granularity analysis, SEM, FTIR, XRD and XPS. The results revealed that, the QI particles were different in size, irregular and out-of-order in the coal tar. QI mainly consisted of organic compounds and a small amount of mental elements, namely Si, Ca and Fe. The organic compounds in QI were some condensed polymers of aromatic compounds and the inorganic components were quartz and calcite. QI in the coal tar were mainly composed of carbon and oxygen, in which the carbon element existed mainly in the form of hydrocarbons, ethers and phenols, with the total content of 73.2%(x), and the rest existed in the form of graphite with the content of 26.8%(x). And the oxygen element mainly existed in the form of carbonyl, carbon-oxygen single-bond and carboxyl with the total content of 85.6%(x).
