摘要
采用等体积浸渍法制备了由硫代氨基脲硫醇化改性活性炭负载的钯-金催化剂,将该催化剂用于乙烯气相氧化法合成醋酸乙烯酯(VA)的反应,利用AAS和XPS分析手段对催化剂的组成进行表征,并考察了不同钯/金质量比的催化剂用于乙烯气相氧化法合成VA的催化活性。实验结果表明,当催化剂中钯/金质量比为1.11时,钯和金元素的负载率最大,分别为89.40%和105.60%,该催化剂在乙烯气相氧化法合成VA的时空收率和选择性达最佳值,分别为825.0 g/(L·h)和95.1%。表征结果显示,活性组分钯、金在催化剂上的化学形态主要是由钯的氮化物或氧化物和金单质组成。
Palladium-gold/thiolation modified activated carbon catalysts were prepared by impregnation and used in the synthesis of vinyl acetate(VA) by the vapor phase oxidation of ethylene. The catalysts were characterized by means of AAS and XPS. The effects of the Pd/Au mass ratio in the catalysts on their catalytic activities in the synthesis of VA were investigated. The experimental results showed that, when the Pd/Au mass ratio was 1.11, both the Pd and Au loadings were the largest, up to 89.40% and 105.60% respectively, and both the space-time yield and the selectivity to VA in the synthesis reached the optimum, 825.0 g/(L· h) and 95.1% respectively. The characterization results indicated that, Pd and Au in the catalysts existed mainly in the form of palladium nitrides or oxides and elementary substance gold.
