摘要
目的探讨利用智能手机和无线网络平台建立一套简便的眼科医学图像远程调阅系统,并检测其可行性和实用性。方法通过在智能手机及眼科常用检查设备计算机工作站中安装TeamV iewer软件,用手机远程监控眼科设备的实时检查图像和调阅设备中保存的图像资料。通过测试标准分辨率卡,比较远程手机屏幕和眼科检查设备计算机工作站屏幕上显示图像的分辨率。结果 3款市面上常用的智能手机均可远程登录眼前节照相系统、眼部B超、相干光断层扫描(OCT)及荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)等眼科常用设备进行实时图像监控和调取、保存数据及图像。图像分辨率测试结果显示:手机屏幕图像分辨率与计算机工作站显示屏上采集的图像分辨率没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论通过智能手机和无线网络进行眼科医学图像的远程调阅是可行的。该系统简单、便携、经济,其图像质量在可接受的范围内。
Objective To explore the feasibility and practicability of establishing a remote browsing method for medical ophthalmic images on smartphone with wireless network. Methods With TeamViewer software being installed on smartphones and ophthalmic examination equipment or computer workstation, mobile phones were enabled to remotely monitor the real-time examination images on ophthalmic equipments and browse the image data saved on the devices. The image display resolutions were compared between mobile phone screens and ophthalmic inspection equipments by tests conducted with the standard resolution card. Results Results showed that through TeamViewer software, three commonly used smartphones on the market were able to remotely access the commonly used ophthalmic equipments, such as anterior segment photography system, B-scan, optical coherent tomography (OCT) and fundus fluoreseein angiography (FFA), both in real-time image monitoring scenarios and in saved image data browsing scenarios. The results of tests indicated no significant image resolution loss on mobile phone screens compared to computer workstations ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions This study shows that browsing ophthalmic medical images remotely on smart phones is feasible and the system is simple, portable and economical.
