摘要
随着经济下行压力的增大,我国产业结构失衡问题逐渐进入公众视线,引起了相关部门的高度重视。理论上,产业结构失衡(不合理)是一种常态,均衡一般只是一种相对次优状态。实践中,很多国家的产业结构都存在不同程度的失衡,产业结构调整一直也是各国政府的工作重点。但为何现阶段我国矛盾如此突出,其间还涉及到一个重要的问题便是发展动力的转换。因而,解决产业结构失衡需从动力转换角度拓宽应对措施,发挥科技创新在经济可持续发展及产业结构调整中的作用,顺利实现经济健康发展和产业结构优化。
The issue of industry structure imbalance has drawn attention of the public and authority as the aggravation of economic downturn. Theoretically, imbalance of industry structure is a normal state while balance is a relative sub-optimal state. In practice, such imbalance exists in many countries and the adjustment of industry structure has been a key emphasis to the governments. The transformation of developing motive force has partially led to the seriousness of such issues. Therefore, countermeasures should be adopted from the perspective of the transformation of motive force and technology innovation should play a greater role in the sustainable development of economv and structure adiustment to ensure the healthy growth of economy and optimization of industrial structure.
