摘要
生物工程产业作为一个正在崛起的主导性产业,已成为产业结构调整的战略重点和新的经济增长点,因此培养具有创新意识、创新精神、创新思维、创新知识、创新能力并具有良好的创新人格的新型人才培养体系,已然成为高等教育面临的重要课题。只有建立起一整套培养高素质创新人才的培养体系,才能实现"宽厚型、复合型、开放型、创新型"为特征的高素质的研究型人才。为了实现上述目标我们在重视个性发展的同时,实施因材施教,培养了学生的创新能力,进而创建了生物工程专业创新型人才的培养模式。
It has become an important issue facing higher education to establish a new personnel training system of innovation awareness,innovative spirit,creative thinking,innovative knowledge,innovation and good creative personality. Only found a set of training system to culture the high-quality innovative talents in order to achieve the high-quality research talents characterized by generosity,complex,open and innovation. To achieve these objectives,we attach importance to personality development,implement individualized teaching and cultivate students ' innovative ability thereby creating a training model of biological engineering innovative talents.
