摘要
目的探讨输尿管内支架对体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗小于2cm下盏结石的影响。方法回顾分析2010年5月至2014年5月行ESWL治疗小于2cm的下盏肾结石380例临床资料,根据ESWL术前置入内支架情况分为置管组和未置管组。结果置管组和未置管组两组患者特征、结石大小及治疗参数均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。置管组结石清除率为71.02%,未置管组结石清除率为61.86%,两组结石清除率无统计学差异(P=0.093)。置管组术后发热、腰痛、膀胱刺激症发生率显著高于未置管组(P<0.05)。结论 ESWL治疗小于2cm的肾下盏结石是安全有效的,但置入内支架对促进排石及预防石街形成均无作用,且并发症高于未置管组,所以不推荐ESWL术前常规留着内支架管。
Objective To evaluate the impact of ureteral stent on lower calyx stones smaller than 2 cm before ESWL treatment. Methods Clinical data of 380 patients with lower calyx stone 2 cm or less who underwent ESWL during May 2010 and May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups .. stent group and non-stent group. The parameters of the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in patients' characteristics, Stone size and treatment parameters between the two groups (P〉O. 05). The stone-free rate was 71.02~~ in the non-stent group and 61.86 % in the stent group, and there was no significant difference (P = 0. 093). Postoperative back pain, fever and bladder ir- ritation syndrome were increased in stent group. Oonclusions ESWL treatment of lower calyx stones less than 2 cm is safe and effective. Stent has no effect on promoting stone-free rate and preventing the formation of stonestreet, and the stent group has more postoperative complications than the non-stent group. Therefore, stent is not recommended before ESWL.
