摘要
综采放顶煤开采法的应用大大提高了我国中厚煤层及厚煤层的开采效率,但在实际应用中也发现了不少问题,如实际采出率低、易增加煤炭含矸率、绝对瓦斯涌出量多、易增加空气中的粉尘浓度等,这些问题已经严重制约了综采放顶煤开采的发展。本文结合矿井实际情况,在分析了综采放顶煤开采问题的基础上,提出了相应解决对策,以供同行参考。
The application of fully mechanized top coal caving mining method can greatly improve the medium thick coal seam and thick seam mining efficiency, but also found many problems in the practical application, such as the low actual recovery rate, the higher rate gangue, the absolute gas emission quantity, and the higher dust concentration in the air, these problems has seriously restricted the development of fully mechanized top coal caving mining. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of the mine, based on the analysis of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining problems, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward, for reference.
