摘要
随着西北电网光伏发电、风力发电装机容量的迅猛发展,以及直流输电过程中带来的直流闭锁等问题,西北电网有功、无功潮流分布也更加复杂和不稳定。因此,西北电网在并网发电厂两个细则中明确要求各并网发电厂必须具备AGC、AVC调节功能,其调节效果必须满足网调要求,并对该规定提出了严格的考核要求。拉西瓦水电站在AVC功能测试过程中,AVC调节指标始终不能达到网调要求。经过对青海省电网网架结构、新能源发电的有功功率特性以及拉西瓦水电站所处网架地理位置、电站AVC调节的各个环节进行认真分析,结合无功功率分层分区控制、就地平衡的原则,考虑到电站侧AVC策略、励磁系统相关参数、发变组设备参数、电站区域内的发电及受电负荷性质等因素,对拉西瓦电站AVC调节不合格的原因进行了分析,提出解决办法并进行了实施。
In the function test of the AVC of the LAXIWA hydropower plant, the regulation characteristics of the AVC always could not met the requirements of the power dispatch center, this paper analyzes the relevant aspects such as the Qinghai power grid structure, power characteristics of the new energy power generating, the position of the LAXI- WA hydropower plant in the Qinghai power grid and the AVC regulation, under the principle controlling the reactive power hierarchically by partition and local balance, with considering the factors such as the power plant AVC strate- gy, the exciting system parameters, power generation and transformation unit parameters, other power sources and loads, this paper gives the cause for the disqualification of the power plant AVC regulation characteristics and a corre- sponding solution to the problem.
