Improvement on the Backup Automation Switch and Protection of the Substation for Connecting Distributed New Energy Power Plant to Power Grid

摘要 针对分布式新能源并网后,传统变电站备自投及保护方式存在导致分布式电源带负荷孤岛运行及非同期合闸等安全隐患问题。以110kV印塘变电站接入生物质发电电源凯迪电厂为例,通过提出利用变电站现有线路保护和备自投联动分布式新能源并网线路的方法,以适应分布式新能源并网变电站安全稳定运行要求。 Against the potential unsafe defects such as the isolated operation with load and the non-synchronous switching in occurred in the backup automation switch and protection of the traditional substation after connecting the new energy power plant to the power grid, taking the 110 kV YINTANG substation connected the KAIDI distributed energy power plant as example, this paper proposes a method for the current backup automation switch and protection operating coordinately with the connecting lines for the new energy power plant so as to meet the requirements of the safe operation of the substations connecting the distributed power plant to the power grid.
