摘要
目的:探究慢性宫颈炎应用利普刀治疗的临床效果,为疾病的治疗康复提供参考。方法:回顾性地选取我院2012年1月至2013年1月96例无生育要求、临床症状显著的慢性宫颈炎患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用微波进行治疗,而观察组患者采用利普刀进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的结果。结果显示:观察组的手术总耗时、术中出血量以及治疗的总体有效率与对照组差异明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:较其它治疗慢性宫颈炎的方法,采用利普刀进行治疗效果显著,这种治疗方法手术时间短,且出血少,可以有效减少患者疼痛,且术后对病变组织可做病理检查以明确诊断,帮助患者较快恢复健康,该方法应当引起广大医学卫生工作者的关注。
Objective：To explore to clinical curative effect analysis of Lipp knife treatment for chronic cervicitis,in order to provide the reference for the treatment of diseases rehabilitation.Methods：96cases with chronic cervicitis,which admitted in our hospital,were retrospective analyzed and divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given the microwave treatment and the observation group was given the Lipp knife treatment.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results：After the treatment,the total operation time,intra-operative blood loss,and overall effective of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was significant statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with other methods for the treatment of chronic cervicitis,Lipp knife have evident clinic efficacy,shorter operative time and less bleeding,can effectively reduce the patients pain,do surgery to confirm the diagnosis by the pathological examination of the lesions,help patients quickly restored to health,reduce economic output,which should cause the attention of the general medical health workers.
