不同水质环境下花卉水生诱变适宜催根温度的特征分析实验

摘要 对不同水质环境下花卉水生诱变适宜催根温度的特征进行分析具有重要的应用价值和发展前景。在不同水质环境下对花卉水生诱变适宜催根温度的特征进行了实验分析,实验结果标明,温度分别为25℃、30℃、35℃时,激素浓度分别是0、1000、2000 ppm,此时可达到催根根数快速生长的目的,并且还发现花卉水生诱变催根适宜的温度在28℃-32℃,催根时间为10 d左右,相对于23℃-27℃和33℃-37℃,花卉的存活情况更好。 The analysis of the characteristics of the suitable root temperature of the water in different water quality environment is important to analyze the application value and development prospects. Under different water quality environment of aquatic flowers mutation appropriate reminders of root temperature on the characteristics of the experimental analysis, experiment results indicated that, temperature of 25℃and 30℃, 35℃ respectively, hormone concentrations were 0, 1000, 2000 ppm. At the same time, can achieve rapid growth of root number reminder, and also found flower mutation aquatic rush root suitable temperature at 28-32℃, root accelerating time is about 10 days, 23-27℃ and 33-37℃ with respect to that flower survival situation better.
