摘要
目的:探讨健康教育在老年股骨颈骨折护理中的临床效果。方法:收治股骨颈骨折老年患者60例,随机分成对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予常规护理加健康教育,观察两组患者的骨折相关知识的掌握程度及并发症发生率。结果:观察组的知识掌握优良率及并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育在老年股骨颈骨折护理中具有显著疗效,且安全、有效。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of health education in the nursing of elderly femoral neck fracture.Methods：60elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observationgroup with 30 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given routine nursing andhealth education.The grasp degree of fracture related knowledge and incidence rate of complications were observed in the twogroups.Results：The knowledge grasp excellent rate and complication incidence rate of the observation group were significantlybetter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Health education in elderly femoral neck fracture has a significantcurative effect,and it is safe and effective.
