摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在胎儿畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析畸形胎儿的超声检查结果。结果:超声检查与分娩结果符合29例(93.5%),漏误诊2例(6.5%)。结论:产前胎儿超声检查可发现大多数的胎儿形态结构异常,可作为产前各妊娠期胎儿畸形筛查的首选方法。
ObjectiveTo explore the application value of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal malformation.Methods：The ultrasonographic results of fetal malformation were analyzed retrospectively.Results：29 cases of ultrasonographicresults was in line with the delivery results （93.5% ） and 2 cases had misdiagnosis （6.5% ）.Conclusion：Prenatal ultrasonographyexamination could find the most of the abnormal fetal morphology,which could be used as the first choice for screening prenatalfetal malformation.
